Check the idle hole in the TB blade. If it is enlarged, I can almost guaranty that is the problem. My car's idle was all over the place when I put my ported TB in... then I swapped the blade from my stocker and everything went back to normal. Also check the vacuum line on the top left of the TB, sometimes it doesn't seat right.

This started when I had my LS6 intake installed, Ported Tb, and descreened the MAF. Ive just been told that descreening the MAF will mess with you idle....?
