I am still wondering if the 1 3/4 to 1 7/8, straight 1 7/8 or 1 7/8 to 2 will do me best. I hate having so many decisions. Shessss.

Ray, what are you running off these bad boys?

Charlie,
Call the tech guy's at Kook's they were very helpfull. They told me to maximize performance on the spray to go with the bigger headers. Im going with the 3" y pipe and my same magnaflow catback. I would have thought a 3-1/2 Y pipe with a 3-1/2 piece of straight pipe then a cutout in front of the catback would have been the way to go. The kooks tech convinced me to go with the 3" Y pipe. now mind you the 3-1/2 costs more than the 3" so I figure he must be on the level. If he was just pimping product he would have sold me the more expensive extended lenght 3-1/2 Y pipe. Time will tell, if im not happy with the 3" Y i live about 50 miles from stainless works. I will go there and get a custom exhaust

Hey Koolrayz...I just got the exact same headers last week, and I agree they are great quality. I am going to use a 3" Y pipe with 3 1/2" inlet and 3 1/2" outlet...then I am probably going to use a Stainless Works 3 1/2" stainless cat back single muffler exhaust...
Hopefully I won't have to get a cutout, but I hate having my car be so loud (I was running FLP 1 3/4" headers, 2.5Y-pipe, 2.5 ORP, cutout, and stock Camaro rear exhaust...so I know I was leaving some power on teh table even with the cutout open). Stainless WOrks said thier 3 1/2" cat back picked up a lot of power compared to a Borla cat back on a 700rwhp turbo F-body (something like 30 rwhp increase)...

Got to get that nitrous out...is their goin to be another race at Norwalk sponsored like last year in late July (a test n tune day as I recall)...
