F.A.S.T stuff???
First with all the posting about how bad FAST TB is, I took some pictures of my TB. The unit looks good. They fixed the issue with the throttle being stuck open with a notched shaft keeping the throttle plate connected to the throttle. The issue about the bearing walking out look likes a non issue. The bearing can't move in, no way. Walking out is always possible but not likely. First, the spring will keep in place if it starts to walk out and on the other side you have the TPS will keep it in place - look at the pictures.
Just my two cents

I tried to upload the pictures but had problems - sorry will try later

I am using LS2 TB.
Thanks
I had mine port matched by Allan Futral, you can really tell a difference looking at it. If you look at this thread, you can see the pics I posted of my intake ports compared to the stock pic posted later down.

I'm not trying to be rude...just stating facts.

And like I said, my FAST TB didn't stick when I was holding it in my hand either. It did, however, stick after it was installed on the car. At one point, my car had to be shut down as it was stuck at 5000 rpms, and the cable had to be pulled shut by hand. Keep in mind, this is the same "fixed" version you have.
I understand - I plan on using a center punch and stake the bearing so it can not come out. I am sure what you folks are stating is very true but there are way to correct the issues. It appears the factory peens the bearing hole but I make sure it never comes out.
I guess what I am surprised about is the fact that FAST has not tried to address these issues on the threads. Oh well.
Thanks for the heads up.
Bill
