Default Is heavy condensation smoke on cold start normal even in 62 degree weather?

It was 62 degrees today so I went and visited my '00 Formula that's in storage. I started it up just to keep the battery charged. I noticed that it was producing a heavy amount of what I am pretty sure was condensation smoke/steam. Normally it wouldn't concern me but it was fairly mild temps today and this was a lot of smoke. It was enough smoke to fog up the rear bumper cover a bit and it produced half-dollar sized water puddles under each exhaust tip. When it reached full operating temp the smoke reduced but didn't go away. Is this normal? Car hadn't been started in 3 weeks if that matters. Thanks.

Depends on the humidity. Also don't forget...cats produce H2O from the HC's and the CO2 in the exhaust. So there's always going to be some "steam."

Thanks for the fast response. Relative humidity is 38% according to AOL.

Okay, thanks. I have a picture that shows what I am talking about. This was after the heavy smoke/steam cleared. I should have taken a picture of the smoke but I'm not that smart.
