Default Fast 90mm intake or sheetmetal intake on large cubic inch LS1?

I have seen a good many used sheetmetal intakes for sale within the last couple of months and was wondering how they stacked up against the FAST 90mm intake. Anybody have any dyno comparisons or track times between the two?
Looking for all out performance.

thanks in advance for your input.

looking at your setup i'd go sheetmetal, will make more power in the top where your solid roller can take advantage of it. steve and i will be doing a bench test of a FAST intake vs sheetmetal in the comming weeks.

If you would let me know how the test turns out. I would be highly dissapointed if I paid alot if money for a sheet metal intake and then it turn out the FAST intake made as much power if not more.

thanks,
