Will a car with LT's pass visual emission inspection in VA?

Well, first I'm just gonna hope that it idles and I can drive it. Seeing as how I'm putting quite a few things on at once that mess with the car's tuning, this is gonna be reallll interesting. But, I'm prob gonna get it tuned by FBC and their partner dyno place with LS1edit.
Oh yea, I forgot to mention I'm putting gears in as well... i've been saving for a while guys

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. Do you have to be a part of this eastern F-body thing to go to the Hooters meeting? Is it a private thing? How many of you guys are in Northern VA? I am interested in meeting F-body people in the area.

we are meeting at hooters in prince william this sunday, if the car has cats it will pass you just have to warm the cats up and drive around before the test if you dont then the car will fail, the reason i know this because i work at a shop and 2 fbody have got the emissions test within the past few months and the both had headers and both passed with mac mids with cats

Former Fairfax/Loudoun resident, I hated the emissions inspection. Now I live in Clarke county, - No emissions testing!!!!!
Sorry to hijack post...Has anyone been to the Friday camaro cruisins in Fairfax sponsered by Mid Atlantic Camaro Club. Are there alot of members? Any one in the Shenandoah Valley?
