I thinkt that the 4 inch that you are talking about is going to be the Mufflex system, tehy use Spintech mufflers. Their site is www.mufflex-performance.com

Before you purchase that set up i would do a search on here. I was going to buy that set up for my formula did alot of research and found alote of people that had it really didnt like the sound. Plus they still had to run a cutout because they are somehow restrictive.

The cutout thing is up for debate, but I've read the complete opposite in regards to the sound quality. Every single post I've ever read about mufflex, the owners rave out how good it sounds.

http://www.spintechmufflers.com/

As mentioned, the 4" system you've heard about is the mufflex system which uses Spintech for its muffler.

I used a splitcase Spintech single 3", dual 3" out muffler for some time and it was somewhat restrictive.

The 4" Spintech is one of the best sounding systems IMO.

Ditto. I have heard true duals on a 03 cobra and on a 99 trans am that had Td's dumped in front of the axle. An awesome setup, puts flowmasters to shame. Their systems are here
