No SES light?????

No SES light????? Hey guys,
I installed SLP LT's and PRY yesterday. 11 1/2 hrs and 2 busted up hands later...... My front O2 sensors are not hooked up because I do not have the extensions yet. However they are hooked up to the headers. I did not put O2 sims on either because I plan on deleted them. My question is "How come I do not have an SES light if no emissions things are hooked up?"

it went on yesterday when I took it for a cruise...sonce it was 52 and sunny in chitown!! woohoo
anyway, what about the front O2's can these be deleted through the PCM before I gop out and buy extensions?

Off the top of my head...... The PCM sends a diagnostic to the rear 02's while at cruising speeds, can't remember at what speed and how often. When the PCM does not receive a reply you will get the SES light. Go drive on the freeway for awhile and you will get your SES light.
OT Your driving your car without any 02's hooked up??
My advice would be to get those extensions. You need the front 02's hooked up to determine proper A/F ratio in closed loop running. Only the rear 02's can be deleted.
