It doesn't hurt anything. I beleive it was Chevy Peformance magazine that claimed 15 rwhp increase from this "free mod". I don't know about that, but I have done it to both my LS1's and never had any problems. No noticeable gains, but every little bit helps. Just get a 3/8" (I think) brake line and cut it to the right size. Use the existing clamps to cinch it together.

Default Tb Bypass

I would definately do the tb bypass. It can't hurt, only help, and is a piece of cake. Don't use the adapter method, it's more expensive, time consuming and ugly. Just by 3 1/2 foot(cut to desired fit) of 5/16" rubber tube. You can reuse the clamp on the radiator side, and just buy a connector for the tb side and you are done. The radiator side will be a tight fit, but will work. The tb side will be a hair loose, but will sinch down nicely with the clamp with no leaks.

Yeah Bo White's customer service is awesome. Just ordered my throttle body from him and was wondering the same thing. What kind of connector do I need to buy?

Why go the connector route? You need more parts, and you also reduce your flow through this section down to a pin hole. I don't know if that matters, but still. IMHO doing the bypass with an adapter looks ugly. Just buy a hose and be done. Plus you don't have an adapter and hoses right next to your acessory belt.

There are many ways of doing the bypass from a small piece of brake line to an actual kit. I personally just use a small section of brake line and clamp the hoses to it instead of the TB and zip tie it up out of the way.

Just put it in. Definitly smoothed everything out. No more hesistation when u slam on it, throttle response is definitly quicker, only got to do a couple 20-55 jumps cus i didnt feel like gettin on the highway, definitly much smoother though.
