Default Kooks & EGR

will the Kooks stainless steel Y-pipe fit onto the stock 2 3/4 I-pipe?

I have the 98 single out with a cutout, and I'm planning on buying a set of Kooks 1 7/8 stainless longtubes.

Also this set is off a 2002 with no EGR provision, and I was wondering how the car would run without EGR, with no change in the computer. (just removing the EGR) Will I have to have it deleted?

You'd probably need a tune, to make it run like you want it to.
