Default quick, motor mount install question

i was installing the prothane motor mounts, and i forgot which way the "nub" faces, is it below the long 18mm bolt, or above it?? The reason I ask is because i did the driver side fine, and when doing the passanger side, the holes did not line up with the pedestal. I had the nubs above the bolt (thats what the people at prothane told me) but it did not seem to line up with the bolt.

Thanks for the help guys
