so how do i 100% mak sure it is at 90 degrees opening???

you can check the voltage by using the blue wire that goes into the tps sensor. You need to connect a volt meter to the blue wire and ground grind a little, then check, and repeat till your close to 4.69ish, just dont go over 4.71. Tim
