Which true dual setup will be easiest to make work?
If you drive in...Lanes will make true duals over thye axle for you...
My vote goes to Lanes by the way.... every set I have seen that has come from him....comes fully ready to go on...looks incredible....fits perfect with no fighting or tewaking....comes with hangars and pictures with the instructions....
the only downside is the size of the shipping box....LOL

with some minor modding to the bassani, it'll fit to the headers of choice. you just have to fab up some pipe to go fro mthe headers to the x-pipe is all. i did it on my wife's 99 formula. has bassani headers and catted y-pipe. just cut some off the y-pipe and made it fit.

I did some research on true dual setups and found that I could do lt headers and make an x-pipe with summit's universal x. I was wondering how hard it is to put on headers? Average cost at most shops?? Still really don't what I want.

do a search on header installs, there are howto's online like www.ls1howto.com etc
I have lanes setup and love it. I've heard good things about the TSP aswell. Lane did mine, drive in, installed the lts for me, and made the duals. Love the sound, the work is amazing, tucks very very nicely, no banging, and just 2 clamps that seal amazingly well. Lane also paints his with a hi temp spray aswell... nothing you couldn't do to the tsp though.
I'd recommend getting some LTs before you worry about duals, if you are looking for cheap, the pacesetters fit nicely. More $ kooks/qtp (which ever you decide on, they are the same quality from everything I've heard).
