Slightly. Buy a civic if you are worried about gas mileage

It actually depends on how you are changing the exhaust. i.e.. getting headers, Off road y pipe.. etc. If you are just adding a catback, I am sure you will tell no difference in gas mileage.

You should not see a noticeable drop in gas mileage until you start digging into the engine, provided your tune is not thrown out of whack (which could happen, but not likely) and you keep your right foot out of it. I found that the better my exhaust sounded, the harder I wanted to push it. That will be the only thing that would affect your mileage IMO.
