QTP vs. LG headers

Actually, every team that drives a corvette in the world challenge cup uses LG's headers on their car. Plus, I've seen a set in pre and post production as well as on the dyno, very impressive. I assume your car is a vette. I'd go with LG. I've actually have grottyohans (shoot, i can't even remember how to spell it) on my car, got them back in the days before QTP got the design from them.
LG only makes headers for the Corvette....so if you happen to be looking for f-body headers, then QTP or Kooks both make good stainless headers.
LG and QTP both claim to make the "most powerful headers"...LG is race proven, so I would lean slightly towards them.
