exhaust ?

prolly sick of hearing this question but i just installed lts headers and a ory, i have the slp lm and it sounds horrible, embaressed to drive it. i have narrowed it down to three options tell me what you think.

1. call slp and see if they have a muffler that will take car of it?

2. Put a Borla xr1 muffler in place of the resinator?

3. Put a hooker cat back instead of lm?

What ya think any of you done any of these, need some suggestions. Thanks Troy

1. They will probably recommend the Loudmouth 2 exhaust system.

2. You can do that or a bullet muffler.

3. Hooker is a great catback!

What heaers/ory? Have you considered putting cats in the Y-pipe? You could go with a hooker.

i bet thats louder than **** without the cats there. Word of caution. if ever taking out cats, be sure to have a muffler.id say call slp and see if they got a muffler, like off of the powerflo system or whatever the one down from the Loudmouth is.

Save ur $$, and put either a Borla XR-1 or Dynomax Bullets...

You don't need a new exhaust the SLP is great

well orderd the hooker muffler today, so hopefully that works if it doesnt ill just get the rest of the cat back system from hooker. hopefully it works thanks troy p.s.do you leave the resinator in there and put the muffler back where the stock one goes or where do you put the muffler and what do you do with the lm resinator. thanks
