If you want a gauge shift light, check out Stewart Warners Ultra Shift Light. It's really cool and it's what I went with.

I've had both the Harlan and Raptor. Raptor hands down is the best.

How do you hook them up to the engine to read the RPMs?

the harlans take a bit to get but are well worth it

there is a wire coming off the pcm that is a tach signal, you tap into that.

how long is a bit? 2 weeks should be plenty of time, in my opinion, but if he would atleast return my emails then i'd wait. Otherwise i'll just retract my money and buy a different one.

I live by harlan and was able to pick mine up from him. I actually got mine from him in a week. Although i got mine in january. I think this time of the year its busy there. Also that is not he's only job. He works for an auto company on top of his buisness. I feel the product is worth the wait especially for the price.
