MAF and IAS

Does anyone know how to clean the MAF and IAS? Should I use some throttle body cleaner?

I used brake clean. I was hesitant at first but it worked well on the MAF, no ill effects.

Electronic parts cleaner. It's alot like brake cleaner, but it's made to clean electrical sensors/connectors/etc. It can usually be found in the auto parts store near the brake cleaner spray.
