catalytic converters

catalytic converters so, my driver's side cat went south 
what would you guys recommend i replace it with?

would that work? can you suggest something better, if available?
and how much should it be?
also, should i replace the other one while i am at it too? and if not, would it be ok to run one type of cat on one side and the OEM cat on the other side?
