I have been planning, and saving up for this for over two years now, so it was definately worth it

Yeah, it took me about 6 months of very careful planning to get everything in line, and to arrange for a nice drive from FL to Chicago to get it done (yeah, that was a long drive).

i think that it was your car the i heard that made me go for the magnaflows, your X-pipe also a magnaflow? i had the same one, but we decided to just make one

looks good though
Thanks. Yeah I used a Tru-X Magnaflow X-Pipe. I was lucky enough to have a friend who runs a local exhaust shop so it wasn't to much trouble. He had alot of doubts about being able to do it, but it turned out terrific.

That looks simply gorgeous! I'd love some soundclips to see how it sounds.

This may sound bad, but what is a CME? I feel stupid for asking...

Center Mount Exhaust. Its the tips/valence combo that makes it look like its coming out the center instead of each side

My car is getting this done only with flowmaster single chambers and no CME (obviously). I'll put up a sound clip and pics as soon as it's done.

My setup (the black one on the first page) is on a lowered car (it sits like a Pro-kit, only done on coil-overs). It tucks up very nicely. I've never actually scraped my new exhaust.

As for price, expect to pay about $1000-$1500 out the door...

i actually have more ground clearance now, than when i had my flps and a y pipe. As for price, look at 1500. I did mine on my own, so no labor (which is most of the price) Also, you will need the BMR relocation, which is about 200

good luck

You only need the relocation bracket for 3" over, not 2.5".

And that is a very, very nice system. very clean, and well thought out. Is the system coated or painted?

While it isn't necessary for the 2.5" system, I think it is a very, very nice thing to have. That extra room it gives you makes it much easier to get everything over the axle.

And to my knowledge, I haven't seen anyone successfully get two 3" pipes over the passenger side using this piece...

even with the BMR piece, dual 3ins will not work, there just insn't enought room. I needed the BMR piece even with 2.5 pipes, because of the factory heat shields. Before i made this, i was dead set on 3 in all the way, but test fitting pipes, they still would not fit. I have never seen this piece work, even on the website, they do not have dual 3's. Maybe my car is different, but there was no way that they would work on my car
