slp lt to tsp's true duals?
just wanted to know if this set up will bolt up. Because i think the slp headers hang lower then the pacesetters and have a slightly different bend on the drivers side ( or what it looks like from the pictures). Thanks for any help guys

Stay away from the SLP's. That's what most people on this board will tell you. They are expensive and hang low. For cheap headers get pacesetter, middle range hooker or jet-hot, little better and nice options like removable cats and straight pipes get FLP and the cream of the crop are stainless QTP's and Kooks.

sell the SLP's and get some pasesetters. i have the SLP's and duals and it was a pain in the *** to get my duals put on. they aren't TSP duals but they are from a non-sponser . when u get them on it will be sweet. btw: im switching out my SLP's for Kooks or QTP's

i know the pass side will be okay it's the drivers side that i am worried about the bend on the pipe that connects to the header. Or is there an off road y pipe out that will connect to the headers and run a cat back system

For catch me and the other guy that has SLP's, are either of you lowered with or without the duals? How streetable is it? Sorry for hijacking your thread but I have slp's and want to lower it but I am sick of people telling me to get rid of them. The fact is they make freakin power for me and I like them...

does anyone know if lanes can make a dual setup for the slp headers? I just read a couple of previous posts on how they hug the floor board of the car and have almost no ground clearence loss on stock height cars.. and that they are a very good setup.

crizain: i am lowered 1 1/4 with the headers and yes they scrape some, its not horrible but i have to be careful to not scrape on everything. my passenger side header has a large scrape in the pipes bofere the collector and i dont think that it is a wise decision to get the car lowered w. SLP's.
tensecls1: my set up is a lanes duals set up and what he did was make up his kit like he normally does and then sent me a J-pipe to complete it. i took the exhaust to a shop in Tampa and he made up the rest of the system from scratch. it was not that bad once he figured out what he was goin to do but up till that point it was a pain in the ***. my duals dont scrape the headers scrape!

i know for a fact the TSP wont bolt up w/o any modifcations. i did the reverse, a while back bought a set of duals that were made for a set of SLP's and i have jet hots. the angles are different which you could clearly see when compared to my Y pipe made for my jet hots.
