Default fixable?

i'd cut the air fittings off and have a piece of metal welded over them if possible. i'm worried about the two dents (one in particular). hell, maybe that dent wouldn't really affect flow all that much?

Those are some beat up headers. I guess you could cut out the fittings, and even the dents and weld a patch in there, but youll have to strip off the coating. Also, those flanges look cut or cracked or something... You might seriously consider buying something a little better.

It will hurt flow a little bit. I'd try to bang it back out with a hammer and a large cold punch to get to the inside. You could also cut the dent out and weld in another piece, but they will have to be recoated.

yeah, i'm not considering buying those, i just didn't know how much trouble it would be to fix them. the damn dude wants $350 for those used hookers! what a ******' ripoff!!

I would just get new headers, or if you are strapped for cash some used ones....that are in better shape than those.

I agree, they might be worth it if you had tools/ability to fab and fix them and they were $100 or less.
