Do z06 exhaust manifolds flow a lot better then my 2000 ls1 manifolds.

how much better do they flow anyone know.

They flow within 5 PEAK HP as most long tube headers. But before everyone else says it... If you are going to spend the time, go with long tubes for the best gain all around the curve. At least go with mid lengths...

what do you drive? if you drive an f-body they won't fit anyway.

i was pretty sure they wont fit i have a ws6 but i am doing the ls6 heads/cam and intake and wanted to know how close to the 405 rated hp i would be.please i dont want a cheaper solution with more hp and long tubes cuz i know thats what everyone will say.i want perfect driveability and reliability.just curious about those manifolds in comparison with mine.thanks

Keep in mind that the Z06 uses a descreened MAF with different tuning. I think that tuning is the key with the mods that you are going after.

Yea the descreened MAF....but not the best of all ideas if its a street driven car...gotta be careful with that

I have hp tuners and should be able to get it tuned in with no problems.I will use the maf i have for now and see how it all works together.
