Need Advice I got in my car the other night and when I drove it for about 3 miles got out and got back in started it up...I notcied the exhaust note was non existant. So I hit the gas real quick and I got a back fire and stumle so I did it again thinkin maybe I just hit it a lil too much too quick and threw off the car a lil and it did the very same thing...once I got it in gear and going like sub 20mph the car stumbled badly especially idling almost chocked down. Went 3 days with no problems since, but today I went WOT on the way home and at about 75 to 90 I felt like a slight hesitation/stumble that was almost like a slight slight jerking. I couldnt figure out if maybe like the injectors crapped out, spark plugs, spark plugs wires, or something else I havent figured is the problem. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Getting an SES light?
Do you have any sort of PCM scanning tool to check for misfires, KR, etc?
You could check/change the plugs/wires and fuel filter as pretty easy first steps.
