Default Should I change plugs?

Well guys I need alittle advice, especially those who have went through different plugs befroe. Right now I am running NGK tr-6's (not sure the gap), i have only put a couple thousand miles on them and they are about a year old. well I am getting a cam done at the biginning of next month and contimplating on going with tr-55's instead. Is it worth the $16? I realy ahven't cut any corners yet, just wondering if its worth it? Also, if I change what gap should I go with? It is strictly a N/A car, no nitrous, adder.
Thanks

I changed my plugs when I did my cam install. I figured while I was tearing everything in the engine apart, I might as well change something easy like the spark plugs too

Since you are not going to be using nitrous then get the tr55's, because the tr-6's are best for nitrous. When you do swap them gap them at .055
