Default Gotta Problem, Thought this the place to go

Okay, Here we go. I realize I may be in the wrong place, but I need help.

Bought myself a 1998 Trans Am w/ 76K on the clock. Drove it for two weeks, and then took it out to my local 1320. Halfway down the track, my intake hose (improperly installed by loser me) wrapped under itself and collapsed. Engine choked back, ran full rich, yada yada yada. Fixed the problem, but now my cooling fans don't come on, even at 215. Fuses are good, and all that, and if my understanding of OBD-II systems is correct, I would get an engine warning light if it were the controller. Buddy of mine has a hypertech and I'm probably gonna see if we can reprogram it with that buuut, before I drive all the way out and try, I'd like to see if anyone here has had a similar experience. 215 is not good for a motor with aluminum components, but the GenStar scan tool at my shop couldn't find a damned thing wrong with it.
Thanks in advance.

I dont think that they will come on at 215. Before I had mine programmed to come on early they never came on at all. GM set these cars up to where they get hot as hell before they come on. My LT1 Z28 would actually get just before the red zone before fan came on.
