Default open headers

im getting ready to throw on some long tubes and need to drive my car with open headers to a muffler shop that is about 30 miles away. Am i okay with driving it that far to get a y pipe put on, or is something gonna get messed up?

Aye, I drove mine for a week with open headers. It was great driving on campus and messing with people and getting all kinds of looks.

I drove mine to the exhaust shop also about 30 miles and no problems. About halfway the car started misfiring badly and threw a code and SES light, but it ran fine after that. You will definity turn some heads and get a nice massage.

lol keep the RPMs low around the cops, in some places cops love nothing more than writing tickets for loud exhaust!

I agree with everyone else.. after we threw the Pacesetters on my car and connected the front O2's I bombed up and down the street full throttle a couple of times with no issues. Man did I love that sound!
