Default heat cycle headers procedure?

what is it?

get engien hot, let cool, then tighten bolts and repeat?

LS1 cars dont realy need it. I have never had any back out on me yet. (knocks on wood)

That would all depend on what meterial the headers are made out of. Usually after you install a set, you wind up letting them heat frist to make sure they seal, then you check anyways.
