Question what causes low mpg's?

My mpg are still really shitty!! Im getting 8-12 mpg's right now. What do I need to check in order to fix this problem? id like to get it back up to atleaast 15-17. list of mods are as follows.

F10 114
LT's w/ory
LS6 intake
ported TB
stock MAF
tr55's
asp pulley
tuned with edit by sean freese
spec 3
stock 10 bolt
spohn-lca's, relocation brackets, adj. phb and adj. TA
nittos
MTI lid

any ideas on what it could be??

pretty reserved. I used to drive it pretty hardcore, but for the past 2 or 3 months, ive babied it. I just can figure it out. I dont have a heavy foot. It does still have to be retuned, but to drop that much is alot!

dont think its too rich. with the first tune my a/f was about 13.0-13.2 not too sure what it is now. I need to get it on a dyno to see.

Bad O2 sensors took a bite out of my gas mileage, maybe 3 mpg or so.

Exactly...I was just going to say that your O2 sensors might need to be replaced with new ones...

Make sure your tune is setup so you aren't running constantly in open loop. You'll have to ask your tuner to make sure he put it back into closed loop enable. Also ask him about the gas mileage, since I'm pretty certain it is PCM related.
I have an MS3 that was untuned (super rich), running open loop, and getting similar mileage.

My last tank I got 14 mpg, and it had ~80 miles on the interstate. I get low teens around town and ~22 on the highway. When my O2's went bad I got 7.8.
