Removed my AIR and have a question

That is not present on the 98-99's. I just did !AIR and all I had to do was remove and block off the tubes going to the headers and remove the box that is down in the front bumper of the car. There were two electrical connections going to it that I also unplugged. There is no use for them anymore and you cannot remove the entire AIR assembly without unplugging them. This will throw codes just like !EGR because you're leaving an electrical connection (2 in this case as compared to one in the !EGR) unplugged. I just wire-tied the loose connections up away from the bottom of the bumper to keep them away from water and such splashing up from the road.
That box is not present on our cars (98-99). They revamped the AIR system for 00+ camaros which I'm assuming is the addition of that box + tubing for whatever reasons. The only things present are what I explained in my prior post... it is clear we have superior cars
