Passenger side won't be an issue...if you have problems with any header, it will be on the drivers side.
'Tis an off-road x-pipe. I have also run a Kooks catted-y with this setup, and I had to bend the tab on the driver's side cat to keep it from contacting the subframe...nothing that a torch couldn't take care of.And they tie in where it looks like everything ties in...the tunnel brace is gone in that pic because the stock one was a POS, and so was the BMR replacement.
