somebody told me to check the plugs and wires, but they were fine the day before, no problems. it ran fine until now. does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? thanks for any input.

I did the exact same mods as you have done, but with little or no trouble. I have Pacesetter Headers backed up by a SLP LM Exhaust. In the beginning, my service engine soon light would come on all the time. I finally tracked the problem down to a burned out o2 sensor. Once I replaced that, things got better for my car. Along with that, I threw in a Hyoertech tune and have'nt seen the problem since. Mine only hicupped once that I can remember, but no major problems since then. Must be in the tune in my opinion. Hope this helps. But once you get it right, you won't be disappointed!
Pacestter pipes are not that bad for the money in my opinion. But keep an eye on the header bolts, they will loosen on you. Just the nature of the beast. ~ BowmansRedAlert p.s the Cats and rear o2's have nothing to do with your miss.
