there is 1 bolt you take out...then pull lol...it might help to take the dip stick out first...

there's a bolt right above where the headers connect, its a largish type. since the first time i removed it i've just hand tightened it so I can remove it easily, its not worked itself loose yet and I have bad motor mounts.

you gotta pull hard if its the first time coming out

most of the time i have to wedge a screwdriver under the dipstick tube bracket and the cylinder head and use it as a pry bar

My dipstick tube comes out very easily...as the others have said, just remove the bolt and pull it right out...Putting it back in can be a little more challenging...unless you have a helper to assist with guiding it back into its hole.
