QTEC install Ok I am putting the QTEC on to my cutout tomorrow and I have 3 questions.
1. What is the best place to mount the toggle switch?
2. Where do you tun the power wires to?
3. Is there anything that I should be aware of before the install?

My QTP switch was way too big to install in the ashtray??? Plus I use it. 
As for connecting it I used the black wire off the cig lighter for ground, then extended the power lead and connected it to the radio fuse.
