down on power after headers

down on power after headers I installed Pacesetter and 3" duals, no cats with o2 sims. The car runs smooth but at WOT it is almost flat but intermittently it will pull hard. The random misfire code comes on occasionally. I have changed the front o2 sensors with bosch no change. I dynoed the car Sat 346hp/359tq but it seemed flat. Is it pulling timing out or something? I have not had the car tuned b/c I am doing heads/cam later. Are the numbers about right?

Random misfire code, on stock cam, after header swap.
Check and double check all of your wires/plugs. Then check them again. Make sure you get TWO clicks when plugging the spark plug wire into the coil packs and one solid click over the plugs. Also make sure every plug is in well while you are at it.

Did you disconnect the battery during the install? Do you have a ported MAF? If so, your car will run very lean until you get at least 50 miles on it (to give your L-Trims time to relearn). This will make your power seem flat.
