Need help ordering headers...

im gonna order some headers for my 2002 trans am..im gonna get the pacesetter/ory pipe from texas speed...but i was wanderin do i need to order the ones with or w/o emission fittings? thanks

Depends on wether or not you want to ditch the air pump. You are obviously ditching the cats so you may as well ditch the air pump.

In a nutshell, order the Pacesetter race headers with no emissions.

I opted to ditch the AIR pump and go with the race headers. Depending on where you live in Ok, Extreme Performance in OKC can delete the AIR codes for $25. It's easier to install the off road headers and they look better IMO...I ordered my coated pacesetters from TSP in Tx and had them in less than 24 hrs.

on the tsp website i order the 98-02 ones right? they didnt have any specific headers w/o emissions for the 2000-02 like they do with the ones that have emissions fittings..

The pacesetters come with new header bolts, gaskets, "Git R Done" o2 extension kit and 20Hp sticker. If you don't want to splice your o2's then you'll need extensions. And yes they are the 98-02 non emission race style headers.
