the auction has the typical exaggerated hp gains but I was wondering about the quality and such. since they're increasing the blade size too, it should be one better than a regular old ported one. any thoughts?

I have never bought from this guy, but I know there are places that do it cheaper. I know MTI would do one for around $100.
The 10-15 isnt exactly exageration. Typical results from the Bo Whites and similar TBs somehow manage to net around 7hp gains at the wheels dyno proven. Which would be above 10hp crank.
Although I cant say how well those are done and if they would yield the same or similar results.
