Default Running no cat-back???

About a week or two ago my exhaust connector came loose from my y-pipe to my cat back, and i took the complete cat-back off. How hurtful is it running without a exhaust?? It ends after the y-pipe. Only drive the car about 1-2 times on the weekend, sometimes a little more.

You're not hurting anything at all. You just have an exhaust with no muffler to restrict it..

Nah.
There would be a slight chance of that if you were running open headers, but not from just removing your catback.
