got inspection with a 233/239 and true duals with no cats and passed. Got to love lubbock and not having the sniff test. He claimed because the tips had dumps they are legal, which is not true, has to exit out the back in a passenger car.
Sounds like here. My car is to low to actually get into the shop without scraping so they don't even look at it. Plates are on, lights work, I'm good to go. We are getting OBD-II testing up here and I'll pass that fine too. 
Pa, I have LT"s !egr,!air, no cats, passed flying colors, ob2 only now, hopefully you are not in a county that requires a sniffer test, I am in Westmoreland, and that is it there, if no computer codes your go to go. I luked out, I hit the under 5 g mark this year and got a pretty exempt emissions sticker, and in Pa, once your exempt you stay exempt. LOL I love beating the system.
