Default Wideband mount

Is there any type of wideband mount aside from welding in a bung that is proven to work? I have the innovate motorsports and its plain crap. Anyone have a solution?

Hi Folks,
I welded mine on the header but I believe they have a clamp on version but I am not sure I would use it. I am sure anything short of welding will have leaks.

Really? what's wrong with you wideband? I was actually thinking about getting the one you have. Does the bung not work well?

Let me clear up what I said, the bung is fine, the external clamp on mount sucks.

Would this work.....
dual Tail pipes

go into

Rubber or turbo connectors to transition from tail pipe size to 2.5"

into 2.5" mandrel bent u bend piping

merges into siamesed 2 -2.5" pipe

02 sensor monitors both banks

12-18" of tailpipe to prevent reversion.

I would mock up some type of mount so it would be solid.

I just put mine in the post cat O2 bungs. If I didn't have those I would just put it in the front o2 bungs and tune in open loop.

do you have cats?
ive always been told as close to the header colllector as possible. seems if they were behind some cats, your reading may nt be EXACT. not like 12:1 ~14.1, but like 12.1~12.4.
not that it matters.
i like my LM1

I've found that the only time the cats make a difference is at idle when the volume & velocity of the exhaust is real low. You can see what I mean by looking at the 55 kpa/800 rpm cell where my idle is.
