O2 sensor ! How to check if they're bad? How can I check if my O2 sensors are bad ??? 
I have my LT's for over a year now and just a little while ago got the car tuned and got the O2 sims. but after few miles my SES went on again. I check it and its the O2 sensors.

Is this possible that I could have damaged something on the engine by not having my car copmuter tuned and driving with LT's for over a year ???
My car is a 2000 Camaro SS M6 and I got 59K on it.
