Default Emissions in Boise, Id

Don't know if this is the appropriate forum, if not I appologize. I'm most likely headed for Boise, Id. Just wondering what kind of emission regulations they have?

Thanks in advance

They are the most strict state in the whole country! You have to have an IARB #(Idaho air resources board) on every part and nobody makes aftermarket parts with an IARB#. They also pull your valve covers with every smog and check your valve lift. Might as well sell your car.
