Default Force mufflers?

I've seen these on Jeg's website, wondered if anyone has used them and would have any feedback on them. From what I got from the company that makes them, they apparently sound like a 40 series Blowmaster. Anyone know for sure? Thanks.

I am guessing you saw the V-Force muffler? I had one a couple years ago on my 98 Z28. I just had the muffler w/ 3" piping. It gave the car a louder tone, however it wasnt much deeper than the stock sound. I then switched to a Ravin Muffler and it was quieter but deeper. Personally, The V-Force isnt worth the money. I now have Hooker LT's, 2.5", X-Pipe, No Cats, Flowmaster 1-Chambers dumped and it sounds 10 TIMES better. If your going to just do a muffler/catback look into Borla/Corsa/Dynomax/GMMG/ ect.

Nope, these are made by Force Automotive. It's a fairly new company. I'm not trying to sell anyone, but here's where I found them.

They look a lot like a Blowmaster, and the lady I talked to at their corporate office said they sound similar to a 40 Series(Friend of mine had a 4"40 on his T/A, and it shook the freakin ground!). I just wondered if anyone had tried them.

I'm guessing you got duals on your car, and I'm headed in that direstion, too. Do those mufflers flow better than Flowmasters? I know sounding good is nice, but I don't wanna put something on my car that's been reported to flow WORSE than OEM, either.

You got a sound clip of your car, by chance?

no i dont have a sound clip sorry. yes i have duals, originally i had some sweet thunder knock offs on it but since i live on a navy base, some people thought it was too loud. i am unsure about the flow of the muffler but i did notice once i got them on my car stumbles a little at the top end of my powerband (6800-7000rpms) but i did get back some low end torque(according to the butt-o-meter)

Welp, I was actually hoping to do a catback with one of their single in/dual out mufflers, kinda like a Magnaflow getup. But I'm probbly gonna get another OEM I-pipe still, put some bullets on them, and route them over the axle.

Isn't 6800 rpms a bit high??? The only car I've seen that actually still made power that high was my friend's 625-hp 386 SBC... with a 314*/.650" roller cam. It actually died off around 7300.
