Default thinking about going back to a cat back....

like it says above....i am starting to get tired of pipes banging and such on my car. i currently have pacesetter LT's, magnaflow high flow cats, 2 force automotive pro series mufflers, over the axel and out the back with some run of the mill tips.....

what do yall think? a catback with a cutout vs my current true dual set up? i am so torn

Do you have a crossover? Why do you have cats? How hard have you tried to improve the fitment so you don't get banging? People have Y-pipe banging issues pretty often.......

You will give up sound quality with the cutout and re-investment back into a cat-back setup could be better spent in a quality shop ensuring that the system hangs correctly. Check everything yourself under the car at home, and if tightening all brackets doesn't help go to a shop. Ground clearance can be reworked as well.

Our cars sound soooo good with true duals, i say take it to a shop and spend the money to make it stop banging.
