pacesetter y pipe
pacesetter y pipe Installed a set of pacesetter headers on a local guys car. Completed in 5 hours by myself with hand tools from pulling it in the garage to cranking with open headers. Now I am fitting up the 4 piece pacesetter y pipe. This thing doesn't fit at all! The passenger side looks to be about 6" short. Whats the deal, am I doing something wrong or does the pacesetter y pipe just fit this crappy. If anybody has some pictures of how it goes on, or any suggestions, they will be much appreciated!

Did it exactly like the picture, still comes short on the passenger side. I've installed a pacesetter y pipe a couple times before and it worked out. He is going to give them a call and see if we can't work something out. If not, a local exhaust shop should be able to add a piece of pipe to fix it.
Post pics of the pieces you have if possible. I have that y pipe and it couldnt fit any better. There is a trick to putting on y pipes because they have to be put together in a certain order to get them to fit.
