clearance with qtp cutouts and y-pipe

does anybody have any issues with clearance when it comes to qtp electonic cutouts and y-pipe? Even with a lowered car...and im assuming ill be talkin to guys with qtp LT headers with this setup

Much more problem w/a QTP Y & cut outs with SFC's. There's not alot of room there for the whole set up.
