Default Where to find band clamps?

I have tried Autozone, Advance Auto, and Pep Boys next will be Wal-mart, Kmart and Home Depot to just try. Anyone know where to find one, I was gonna do the cutout today, but all I can find are the narrow pipe clamps and the exhaust repair tape, and I doubt they would the clamp until I can get it welded...

The only two that I have found to work is the Walkers (sold under the Dynomax name), and the Napa Softseals or Easy seals (can't remember the name exactly). The only problem with the Napa's is that they cannot be reused acouple of times without leaking like the Walkers. Torque them to 60 ftlbs and they shouldn't leak at all.

A 1/2" breaker bar will do. 60 ftlbs is alot more than it seems when your on your back.

Just heat cycle them once, recheck them, and you should be good to go.

T-bolt hose clamps are good and cheap under $4 for a stainless 3 incher. Pipe end has to be slit, these aren't strong enough to crush a pipe.

Like ls1inside said,if you have any big rig places around they'll have them. Most truck stops have them as well.I've been getting them from truck places for years. They're stainless steel and only cost $4 to $5.Same thing as Jegs/Summit for half the price.Ive had the ones on my car for over 4yrs and they've been off a few times and I've never had a problem.

I got mine from jegs. Really nice band clamps, I was real happy with them. I believe it was like 45 bucks for four of them.
