Default header/exhaust ?'s

I will be getting my new GMMG exhaust on Wed. and I will be ordering Kooks LT'S and catted y but will not receive them for 1-2 weeks from now. I will be having the parts installed at my local shop and was wondering will it be easier and cheaper to have the whole system done at once or should I have the exhaust installed first (seeing I will have it first) and the headers later and it will be easier for them to match them up? Or am I just thinking too much and it won't make a freakin' difference? :scream
Thanks
Dave

well the GMMG is a cat back so you dont have to do it all at once. i would get the GMMG put on...enjoy it and then put the LT's and Y on and then really enjoy!!
