Default Kooks LT's pics and ??...

Got home a few days ago from "down range" and look what it was waiting on me? Now my question is, why if the QTP cut out is so shiny compare to the headers and y-pipe when the are made of the same...stainless steel?

QTP's are probably polished, these are just straight stainless steel. They look sweet!

Can anyone tell what year are these kooks headers for by looking at the pictures? They should be either 00 or 01-02.

Those are definitely for a car with EGR, which your car does not have. You can either make or buy a block off plate for the EGR bung, or you can have SDPC send you the right stuff.

I'd send them back. The emissions hookups are a pain in the *** to work around, trust me.

Get a hold of Kris @ SDPC and let him know whats going on. Those are definitely NOT for an 01-02 car. They have both AIR & EGR provisions on them.

Congrats on stayin safe over there so far, keep it safe on the return trip bro.

they do not look like Kooks. You can see the weld marks on kooks. and if they were QTP there would be a plaq that says QTP where the collector is.
But The headers look excellent, hurry up and install them.
