Default friends needs help

not sure if this the right forum because im anew user

my friend has a 2000 z/28 and when he gets on it it just poors a blueish white smoke out the exhaust. we were told by a local dealership that it could be the pcv valve is this true orcould it be something else??? not sure if it matter the car has 70k plus mile on it.

Could be the PCV, also could be rings or vlave seals going.

I think blue smoke = piston rings, but im not the one to go to for answers
